  • Shipping of products takes approximately 2-3 weeks. Days to deliver is dependant on the postal service and location of delivery. We use Canada Post to ship all items. It can take, but is not limited to, up to 10 business days for the product to arrive to its destination. 

  • Shipping costs are not inclusive of a tracking number. Standard shipping fees are automatically applied for each product. The only exception to this are small packages within Canada. This is to keep shipping affordable and at a reasonable cost. If you require a tracking number, or the package to be expedited, you must contact us prior to purchase. There will be an additional fee for tracking. 

  • We are not responsible for any additional custom fees that may be charged on the product when entering your country through your postal service, nor can we predict these charges.

  • Some products (keychains, stickers, buttons, magnets, postcards) will have a  Product Pack listed on the page that offers 3 or more of the product at a discounted shipping price. Be sure check this listing if you intend to buy multiple products of this type to save you from paying the cost of shipping on each item.   

  • If items are lost in transit, then please get in touch with us. We may ask you to wait for a bit longer as there can be delays due to the postal service, however if the item has not arrived within the allotted time that will be discussed, and after investigating, we may send a new item without additional charge. 

  • If items arrive broken to the buyer, we will require a picture within a day or two of delivery and upon investigation, we may replace the item without additional charge. ​
