TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please read these these Terms and Conditions. By navigating on the site, conversing with the owners, and purchasing products, you are hereby consenting to the terms listed below. 

 

PURCHASES

  • If you wish to purchase any product available through this site, you may be asked to provide certain information relevant to your purchase including, without limitation, your name, payment info, email, etc.

PRODUCTS & DESIGNS

  • All designs on the site are original artwork created by the owners Deej and Koby. Products with the designs are not permitted to be resold or images reposted for personal gain and/or without credit. 

  • Custom designs requested by customers for characters and/or duos from shows, movies, etc, will be made with the intention of listing them on the site available for purchase to everyone. If there is a custom order that the customer making the request would not like sold to the public, then an additional cost will be required. 

  • We do not offer digital downloads of any of our designs. All designs are available only on items. 


SHIPPING & FEES

  • Shipping of products takes approximately 2-3 weeks. Days to deliver is dependant on the postal service and location of delivery. We use Canada Post to ship all items. It can take, but is not limited to, up to 10 business days for the product to arrive to its destination. 

  • Shipping costs are not inclusive of a tracking number. Standard shipping fees are automatically applied for each product. The only exception to this are small packages within Canada. This is to keep shipping affordable and at a reasonable cost. If you require a tracking number, or the package to be expedited, you must contact us prior to purchase. There will be an additional fee for tracking. 

  • We are not responsible for any additional custom fees that may be charged on the product when entering your country through your postal service, nor can we predict these charges.

  • Some products (keychains, stickers, buttons, magnets, postcards) will have a  Product Pack listed on the page that offers 3 or more of the product at a discounted shipping price. Be sure check this listing if you intend to buy multiple products of this type to save you from paying the cost of shipping on each item.   

  • If items are lost in transit, then please get in touch with us. We may ask you to wait for a bit longer as there can be delays due to the postal service, however if the item has not arrived within the allotted time that will be discussed, and after investigating, we may send a new item without additional charge. 

  • If items arrive broken to the buyer, we will require a picture within a day or two of delivery and upon investigation, we may replace the item without additional charge. â€‹

CONTENT

  • There will be no graphic images used for the designs or sexual content posted in the designs themselves nor will we be accepting any custom orders that contains the above.  

  • There may be profanity (specifically curse words) in the quote designs as they are character quotes from the given show or movie. 

 

OTHER LINKS

  • The site may contain external third party websites that are not owned or controlled by our business. They will mainly be, but not limited to, our affiliates. â€‹

 

CHANGES

  • We reserve the right to make changes and modify these terms at any given time and at our discretion.
